A team-wide automation pipeline. Every team member runs Krisp. Every meeting on any platform gets captured, processed through AI, and turned into structured ClickUp tasks. Multi-user routing, built-in error handling, and status-based monitoring. No manual input. No bot invites. No meetings missed.
What it does
This is a team-wide meeting-to-task pipeline. Every team member runs Krisp on their device. Every meeting they take, on any platform, gets captured, transcribed, and processed through a single centralized automation. AI extracts the action items, structures them into tasks with full context, and drops them into ClickUp, ready to be assigned.
The system is designed for teams, not individuals. Multiple users with separate Krisp accounts all feed into the same n8n pipeline. Tasks are auto-tagged by meeting owner, so the project manager or team lead gets full visibility into every meeting across the org without attending a single one.
Platform coverage was a core design decision. Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, phone calls, in-person, it doesn't matter. Krisp captures everything at the device level, not the platform level. Nothing gets missed regardless of where or how the meeting happens.
The only manual step is moving completed tasks from the inbox to the right project board. This is intentional. Prioritization and project context are decisions that need human judgment. Everything else is handled by the system.
How it works
Every team member has Krisp installed on their device. When any meeting ends, Krisp generates a transcript and sends it to an n8n webhook. The automation processes the transcript through AI, extracts structured action items, and creates tasks in ClickUp, tagged by meeting owner.
System Architecture
The pipeline is production-grade. When a transcript is received, n8n creates a tracking task in "Pending" status. Once all subtasks are extracted and created successfully, the status moves to "Complete." If anything fails, it flags as "Error" with retry logic built in. ClickUp itself becomes the monitoring dashboard — no extra tools needed.
This means the PM or team lead can see at a glance: which meetings were processed, which tasks were created, and whether anything needs attention. Full pipeline visibility without a separate monitoring tool.
Why this stack
Every tool in this build was chosen for a specific reason. There are simpler options for each piece — but none that solve the actual problem as cleanly.
